The outgoing United Nation’s Women Country Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Dr. Grace Atieno Ongile, has been commended for her unique style of leadership, drive, zeal and doggedness with which she did her job while in the country.

She wants Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) reintegrated into the society quickly.
According to her, “I also look forward to the Internally Displaced Persons’ (IDPs’) reintegration into the society to resume their peaceful existence in their own locale.”

The Committee of Friends led by the wife of the Senate President, founder and initiator of Well Being Africa, Dr. Toyin Saraki, described Ongile as a humble, passionate action lady for whom her work was not about money but her heartfelt desire to make a difference.

Saraki noted that Ongile was ready to make out time for the vulnerable and causes of women.
