TENN Organises Free Training for Start-up Entrepreneurs
The September edition of the free monthly business seminars for young enterprising Nigerians organised by The Entrepreneurs Network Nigeria (TENN) comes up in Lagos on September 17, 2016.
In a statement by TENN’s Chief Mentor, Mr. Samuel Oladipo, the seminar tagged: “Accelerate Business Seminar”, which would hold at Pitman Training Ikeja, Lagos is designed to awaken the creative and entrepreneurial potentials of young Nigerians towards the successful establishment and operation of small and medium enterprises in the country.
He said given the dwindling fortunes of the Nigerian economy due to crashing crude oil prices, and the alarming rate of youth unemployment in our society, it is fast becoming obvious that encouraging the youth population to embrace entrepreneurship remains the only viable hope for the resurgence of the national economy.
It is with this realisation that TENN has committed its efforts towards stimulating and supporting the practice of entrepreneurship in Nigeria, Oladipo stated.
This September edition, according to him, would focus on the “best business opportunities available for young entrepreneurs in Nigeria today” as well as on “opportunities in the construction and real estate sector that young entrepreneurs can benefit from”, adding that there would also be a presentation on “How to Overcome Challenges in Business” from a very practical perspective.
According to the statement, trainers at the forthcoming event include the CEO, First Ashbell Ltd, Mr. Tunde Asupoto; CEO of HealthServePlus Ltd, Mrs. Mosunmola Dosunmu; and Ladipo.
The TENN’s chief mentor said that apart from the training sessions, participants would also benefit from interactive business mentoring sessions with established entrepreneurs and professionals who would seek to proffer solutions to business challenges being encountered by participants in setting up their businesses.
