Foundation to Host Education Convention
Meadow Hall Foundation (MHF), a subsidiary of Meadow Hall Group, has announced a two-day Education Convention scheduled to take place on the 20th and 21st of April at City Hall Lagos, and at Meadow Hall, Lekki respectively.
Themed: “Transforming our Society Through Education”, the convention is aimed at bringing education stakeholders together to discuss and learn ways to advance the society through education.
The Education Convention will comprise an Education Conference and a Mentor-Mentee Forum for stake holders in the public, government and education sectors of the society.
Keynote speakers at the two day conference include Dr. Oby Ezekwesili (Former Minister of Education of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and former Vice President of the World Bank), Mr. Fela Durotoye (CEO, Gemstone Group), Mr. Obafela Bank-Olemoh (Special Adviser to Lagos State Governor on Education) and Mrs. Kehinde Nwani (CEO, Meadow Hall Group).
According to a statement made available to the press, the objectives of the education convention include encouraging the development of professional excellence and dedicated service of educators from the public and private sectors, as well as, equipping educational stakeholders to use education as a tool for societal transformation.
