Firm Offers to Redefine Lagos Luxury Living with 700 New Apartments

Real estate firm, Blue Water Lagos, has disclosed plan to redefine luxury apartment services in Lagos with up to 700 new apartments to be built in the Lekki phase one area of the state.
It said in a statement sent to THISDAY on Wednesday in Abuja, that the new project was part of its plan to provide affordable contemporary luxury apartments in one of Lagos’s most prime location.
Signed by its management, the statement noted the 700 new apartments would have top-notch amenities comprising leisure; entertainment; and recreational facilities. This, it added would promote social interaction and encourage passive recreation.
“The project will be delivered by a strategic partnership between two of Nigeria’s foremost real estate groups – African Capital Alliance and the Elalan Group.
“With around 700 cosmopolitan residences poised within Blue Water’s artfully imagined lifestyle concept, residents are directly connected to the most dynamic real estate development in Lagos’s history,” the statement explained
It further noted: “Blue Water is the perfect blend of contemporary apartments and luxury retail outlets situated within networks of transportation connections providing easy access to Victoria Island, Oniru, Ikoyi District, and Banana Island amongst a few.
“The project consists of five towers situated on more than three hectares, with unrivalled views of the Atlantic coast offering clients 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for sale and investment off-plan.”
The firm explained that the scheme was master planned and designed by leading architectural consultancy and recipient of numerous design awards, Ngonyama Okpanum & Associates, adding that the development will boast incredible landscaped tropical gardens; barbecue grills and picnic areas; basketball court; tennis courts; children’s play area and luxurious resident pools.
Quoting the Managing Director of Elalan Group, Andre Geday, the statement added, “To live at Blue Water is to see Lagos in a new light – to discover the vibrant heart of a city quite unlike any other.
