Mercedes-Benz, SXSW Collaborate on 2nd Edition of Me Convention in Stockholm  

The second edition of the me Convention – a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and South by Southwest^® – will be held in Stockholm, Sweden between 4 to 6 September 2018. This year’s event once again promises to be an inspirational event and will feature 100 innovative speakers from over 20 countries worldwide.

The conference will take place on September 5 and 6 in Nacka Strandsmässan in the south of Stockholm, and attendees can expect a festival-like atmosphere: keynote presentations, solo talks, panel discussions, workshops and one-on-one mentor sessions will happen throughout the day, on two Forum stages, the Insight stage, the Cinema stage, the Creators’ Spot and Makers’ Lab. Keeping in the festival spirit, the evening program boasts a SXSW-curated film program as well as concerts and parties in stunning venues such as Fotografiska Museet and Södra Teatern.

The conference program will again feature the successful ‘ Startup Cities’ track, where representatives from 20 cities will explain why their home town is a great place for startups and entrepreneurs. Speakers from Antwerp, São Paulo, Sofia, Aarhus, Monterrey, Vienna, Almaty, Eindhoven, Belfast, Dubai, Hamburg, Moscow, Porto, Cape Town, Trento and Montreal are already confirmed.
