Agbaje is First SDP Governorship Aspirant to Pick Nomination Form

As the race towards the 2019 general elections gathers momentum; Mr. Opeyemi Agbaje yesterday became the first governorship aspirant under the Social Democratic Party (SDP) nationwide to pay for his nomination form.
He said it was a reflection of his commitment and determination to be the change that the people wanted.
Agbaje who is contesting for the governor of Ogun State paid N5, 160,000.00 which represent fees for the expression of interest and nomination forms and administrative expenses.
Speaking after collecting the form, an elated Agbaje enthused: “I am happy to inform our teeming supporters within the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the citizens of Ogun State that I have just paid N5, 160,000.00 to the party representing fees for expression interest, nomination forms and administrative expenses for the position of governor of Ogun State.
“We believe we are the first and so far the only aspirant to have made this payment. I assure our supporters that we are fully committed to this aspiration in furtherance of our quest to transform Ogun State. I thank all supporters and stakeholders for your support till date and assure you of my unrelenting commitment to serve our state with passion, integrity and a sense of historical mission,” he stressed.
