CHIDI AJAERE – COME OUT OF THE CLOSET

When I saw the announcement of the joint committee of the NGF and NESG, I just wanted to waka pass. All these elitist contraptions that they will be talking above people head don tire me. Then one name struck. My brother and friend, Chidi Ajaere, is the young chairman of the GIG group. This boy is remarkable, taking a family-owned business to the dizzying heights of corporate engagement.

This man has the practical experience and is doing things. A passionate Nigerian who has some very strong but highly closeted views about our land.

Plays in the political background with strong reach but would prefer his works to show in the economic front where he has created employment opportunities for thousands of Nigerians. I was so excited that I placed a call to him. As usual, he did not pick. He now call back and say edjjjjaarr – that is what he calls me – no vex my phone dey silence, I just dey see your call. I na say na your loss, you wey I want give afang and we will laugh. Great guy. Bro, come out of the closet and help rebuild this country. Well done.
