Emmanuel Wants to Use Data to Train Salespersons
By Ugo Aliogo
When asked what his approach to life is, Smart Emmanuel said: “If we must lose anything, it shouldn’t be hope.” That saying informs how he is going about teaching the new generation of Nigerian salespersons.
His sales growth company, the Stralution Company Limited, is the vehicle he is using to drive his aim. “I decided to curate my sales experience and use my learnings and that of other successful companies and sales leaders to inspire and entrepreneurs, business leaders, salespeople, and students to achieve consistent sales growth in their businesses,” Emmanuel explained.
Emmanuel has over 13 years of sales experience that cut across industries and products, moving from the oil and gas sector to food and confectionery and finding success there too. His work at Stralution is motivated by this too; as he seeks to help his clients achieve growth.
“At Stralution, we work daily with top businesses and governments to ensure consistent sales growth against all odds. We understand that sales are the lifeblood of every business. We have mastered how to raise successful salespeople and how to help them convert NO to YES and achieve seemingly impossible sales targets,” he noted.
“We use cutting-edge technology to gather data because we understand that the future of sales is accurate data. The more you know about the customer, market, competitor, and product, the more likely you will grow your sales consistently. There can be no consistency in sales without strong sales systems, real value, and accurate data.”
For all his success, Emmanuel is quick to remind that his professional highlights are the sum total of the less-savory parts as well. “There’s nothing tougher than failing,” he hinted. “Creating a product and watching it fail. Setting sales targets and falling short. Failure is the best teacher. My success in sales and strategy is drawn from my many failures.”
