GSF Foundation Rescues Mother of Twins, Pays Hospital Bills

Givers Supportive Foundation has just paid off the bill of a woman who gave birth to Twins through cesarean section and was detained for over 3 weeks. Ologbenla Babatunde Smith, a philanthropist, entrepreneur and founder of Givers Supportive Foundation (GSF), made this known when revealing the vision and mission behind the creation of his foundation.

Speaking on this he shares, “A few days ago, Givers Supportive Foundation paid the bill of a woman who have been in the hospital for over 3 weeks. She was so happy because she never expected such help coming through her way today. She gave birth to a baby for about 2 weeks, but the husband and the entire family can’t afford the hospital bill because she gave birth through cesarean.”

He added, “By the Special Grace of God, the bill of N300,000 was delivered and cleared today in the hospital with extra cash added as takeaway to take care of her baby. We thank God that we successfully made her and the family happy, which is part of our core value. For us we will keep doing our best in helping the less privileges, most especially the sick people and the extremely poor.”

Ologbenla also added that their plan for the rest of year 2021 is to keep getting better and being a beacon of hope to the sick and poor.

The vivacious personality noted that when the right structure is in place, more people can get the kind of support they need. In addition he stated, “The government should support more people especially the non-profit organizations who use their platforms to help others. We need more equipped hospitals more and funding that will enable NGOs to do more”.
