Mike Godson to Host ‘The Illuminators 2021’

The Illuminators is Nigeria’s “First Crowd Funding TV Reality Show”, inspired by the fervent desire of promoting and building a viably sustainable future for young and budding African businesses, as a response to the relevance of promoting local enterprises, which is instrumental to a positive and sustainable economy.

Actor, Mike Godson would be the host of this reality show and would be leading the 20 contestants on a journey to tell a business drama narrative based on African original ideas and craft masters, while introducing the entrepreneur whose time for glory has come.

Speaking further at his unveiling, he said, “Coming on board the show, I felt it’s a platform for me to help young people pitch their ideas to the world and help the world to see them. I’m glad to be on this project and I hope by the Grace of God, it would go well.”

For the organizers, Africa is known for her significance, the rich economic potentials, beautiful culture, traditions, colourful landscapes, legends, empires and heritages and they believe in supporting this community of diverse and hardworking creators. The organisers said: “We feel incredibly blessed to be in a community where the role of entrepreneurs and local content development are seen as essential in shaping our society. The reality show, with 20 CEOs of choice in the battle to balance the rationale of building a timeless idea along the path of relevance of service in business, would be having five grandmasters tutor them and viewed by over 180 Million contributors during a period of 10 weeks.”
