NGO Awards Scholarship to Pupils in Ikorodu

A non governmental organisation, Gracious God Empowerment, has awarded scholarships to two pupils, Ojugbele Oreofe and Oniel Stephanie of Blowbell International School, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos.

Announcing the awards, Chief Executive Director of the group, Dr Grace Bamisaye, who was represented by the state coordinator, Mrs Charity Eziegbo, said the motive for the award was in line with the vision and core values of the Foundation.

The school proprietor and his team commended the Foundation ‘for such a kind and swift gesture packaged from heaven.’

Also speaking, one of the scholarship recipients expressed gratitude to God and the Foundation for the timely intervention that will no doubt change the course of their lives.

The Lagos Chapter led by the South West coordinator, the state coordinator, cluster heads, directors and some executive members were at Blowbell International School, Ikorodu, to present the scholarship.

At the ceremony, the Southwest Coordinator and his wife charged the school authorities to continue their good work and put in their best for the common good of humanity.
