The highly anticipated King of Boys drama series will be premiering on Netflix today. The Kemi Adetiba directed series which is Netflix first original Nigerian series follows the return of Alhaja Eniola Salami (Sola Sobowale) whose eyes are set on a different position of power.

The Chair

If you enjoyed Sandra Oh’s character in Grey’s Anatomy, you will certainly love her in the new Netflix series ‘The Chair’. Oh stars as the first woman of colour to become chair of an English department in the fictional Pembroke University. Her new role cokes with dizzying demands and high expectations that will keep you glued to your seat.

WWE Smackdown

A lot of returns happened in the wrestling world last weekend. There was the return of one of the most talented wrestlers CM Punk on All Elite Wrestling (AEW), and on WWE SummerSlam, The Beast, Brock Lesnar and The Man, Becky Lynch returned to the ring after months of absence. Lesnar and Lynch are likely to be on tonight’s WWE Smackdown where they will mark their territories. Already, Lesnar looks ready to battle the self-acclaimed Head of Table of the blue brand Roman Reigns while Lynch who won the Smackdown Women’s Championship following Sasha Bank’s absence may have one or two challenges. You can watch all the actions and drama on DStv channel 128.

Paw Patrol

There’s something for the kids this weekend. Watch the heroic pups armed with new gadgets and gear fight their biggest rival Humdinger, to save the citizens of Adventure City. Paw Patrol movie is available in cinemas.

A Discovery of Witches

If you are a fan of sci-fi and fantasy, then this TV series on Showmax is for you. It tells the story of Historian Diana who discovers an ancient manuscript that threatens the fragile peace between humans, vampires, witches and demons.
