Azibaola’s Now Dikeorgu 1 of Etche

The founder and CEO of Zeetin Engineering, Azibaola Robert, has been honoured with a revered traditional title by the people of Etche kingdom, in Etche local government area of Rivers State. Robert was honoured with the traditional title of Dike-Orgu 1 of Etche (meaning, great warrior) by Eze Ken O. Nwala, Onye Ishi Agwuru III, Ulakwo/Umuselem-in-Council, in recognition of his immense contributions to the wellbeing and overall development of Etche kingdom, at the royal palace of the monarch and kingmaker in Etche

local government area of Rivers State.

“This honour is in recognition of Barrister Azibaola Robert’s immense contributions to the wellbeing and overall development of Etche Kingdom, and Nigeria as a

whole,” the traditional ruler vouched, adding, “I must say that Barrister Robert is my personal friend and has been a wonderful friend of the people of Etche.”

A lawyer-turned entrepreneur, Robert is the founder and CEO of several companies which have thousands of Nigerians in their employment, such as Zeetin Engineering

Limited, Kakatar Construction and Engineering Limited, Kakatar Equipment and Leasing Limited and Greetings Media, among others.

While thanking and appreciating the king and people of Etche kingdom for the honour, Robert, originally from Ogbia, in Bayelsa State, said: “I am ready to perform my chieftaincy duties. Whenever there’s launching, there are developmental projects, please, always call on me to bring my money.”

An investor, Robert promised to assist in the development of Etche: “One thing I know is that you are blessed with a lot of land, so industries will thrive here. I am an industrialist; if I have a new opportunity of setting up an industry in the Niger

Delta, apart from my community, Etche community will be number one. I know you are peaceful, so continue in your peaceful nature so that investments will come to the community.”

Eze Nwala honoured Chief Robert, with whom he has been friends and classmates at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST), Port Harcourt, as part of activities marking his seventh anniversary on the throne of his ancestors. He said the people of Etche would never forget their true friends and would always stand with and accord them the recognition they truly deserve for their contributions to the wellbeing of his people.

The occasion was marked with traditional dances which saw Robert take to the dance floor in regal response to the renditions of traditional music of the titled to the admiration of the cheering crowd.

He was decorated in the costume of his title to complete the ceremony which is rarely done in the community.
