Career development platform, Fuzu Limited has officially launched in Nigeria, to address recruitment challenge for emerging market organizations and end-users.

The platform works to integrate online psychometric testing and talent profiling of candidates to an application process, thus simplifying employer-employee match.

Providing more details on the platform, Chief Executive Officer of the organisation, Jussi Hinkkanen stated that available career solutions in the country did not align with the situation on ground.

He said, “Our research with career builders and employers showed that existing solutions do not work. They leave both groups disappointed. We need new innovative solutions that focus on the strength of the individual talent, who they are, where their potential lies and how we can best match them with the employment opportunities out there.”

The launch attracted various stakeholders across the labour market who interacted and shared experiences alongside the organisation’s strategies to support and connects career builders to job opportunities as well as connecting countries across the continent.

At the event, Fuzu also showcased how it intends to execute its plans to support NGOs and education institutions across a variety of youth employability and education-to-employment initiatives.
