Breaking: INEC Changes 2023 Election Dates, Releases Adjusted Timetable

With the signing of the new electoral law by President Muhammadu Buhari Friday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Saturday released new dates and time table for the presidential and general election in 2023.

Addressing a press conference Saturday, the INEC chaìrman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, said that the presidential election will now hold on February 25 next year instead of the earlier announced date of February 18.
