Genesis Group Restates Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Genesis Group, a fast-paced hospitality conglomerate with business interest in restaurants, catering, snacks food manufacturing, hotels, cinemas and real estate development, has restated its commitment to customer satisfaction.
The group stated this at its 30th anniversary in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State capital.
Genesis Group which started as a 25-seater restaurant in Enugu in 1991, has grown to a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Port-Harcourt with business interest in hospitality and oil and gas.
The founder and GMD, Dr. Nnaeto Orazulike, noted that for three decades the business conglomerate has continuously innovated, diversified and provided exceptional products and services to its esteemed clients and customers, which include multinationals, local corporations and the Nigerian public.
According to Orazulike, “The 30th anniversary is an incredible milestone for any company. The corporation has achieved success through the hard work, passion, and dedication of the team members.”
He listed development, adherence and continued improvements of its procedures, processes and protocols along with a culture of extreme customer service that exists throughout the entire organisation among its mileage.
As the GMD, he outlined that Genesis Group has evolved over the last 30 years through various stages, adding that it has stood consistently firm by its values.
Orazulike highlighted the firm’s core values as integrity, trust, and respect for all; care, courtesy, responsiveness, innovation and value for money; total commitment, dedication and teamwork, personal and professional development, and passion.
Having existed actively for three decades in one of the most competitive markets in the world, the GMD insisted that this underscores the effectiveness of the firm’s people-centric and customer-focused approach.
He commended the employees and clients, and everyone who has played a critical role in the group’s long-term success.
He further assured the public that Genesis Group would continue to strive to be great and bold in pursuit of its vision “To be a world-class Catering and Hospitality Company with strong Customer Focus”.
