The Dr Harvey Ugochukwu Igboanugo, the Founder & Managing Director of Ziloc Constructions, a property development company an his wife Pharm. Chinwendu Felicity Igboanugo marked his 10th marriage anniversary at the exclusive Bvlgari Resort & Hotel Dubai in the heart of the popular city of United Arab Emirate.

Harvey fondly called “Havydon” has been married to his beautiful partner Pharm. Chinwendu Felicity Igboanugo for a decade now and are both blessed with three smart kids a boy and two girl child.

Harvey who is proud father, is a fulfilled bright and smart young looking man with a lot of positive energy.
