TriciaBiz, Vusi Thembekwayo Partner in Capacity Training for Nigerian Businesses

TriciaBiz, one of Nigeria’s leading business coaches recently partnered with Vusi Thembekwayo, one of Africa’s most respected entrepreneurs, venture capitalist and renowned global business speaker to provide quality training for Nigerian entrepreneurs in her annual workshop tagged Business Growth Workshop.
The workshop which was designed as a roadmap to boost growth and efficiency amongst entrepreneurs in Africa by getting them to think critically about their business and analyze different business elements such as customer centricity, SWOT analysis, product and service delivery, long-term goals and planning among others.
Over 100 participants were in attendance at the workshop which was billed as a close knit strategy class for high growth businesses looking to scale into billions and multiples where they will gain invaluable insights from the faciliatators who provided practical tools and tips for immediate execution. It also served as an opportunity for them to network with like-minded entrepreneurs and share strategies and ideas and also receive direct business counsel from the business growth experts.
In her comments, TriciaBiz the convener of the Business Growth Workshop said Vusi Thembekwayo has been a catalyst for change in businesses across the globe through expertise in strategy, leadership, and sales. He has trained hundreds of thousands in over 40 global cities including New York, London, Paris, Lagos, Jersey, Guernsey, Rio de Janeiro, Dar esSalaam, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Colombo, Nairobi, Kampala and San Francisco.
She said “Nigerian businesses are deserving of the best, we have a lot of bright minds in this country, we are very industrious and persevering despite the economic landscape we remain dogged in the face of adversity and keep pushing on and it is only right that we bring the best business mind in the continent as our guest facilitator to provide a springboard for businesses looking to scale and develop strategy that helps them scale and creates a path toward generational businesses.
Speaking about the event, Vusi said Tricia is one of the brilliant minds I have come across on the continent and partnering to share insights with Nigerian entrepreneurs has given me insights and dimensions into the people of Nigeria and the numerous commerce opportunities that abound here for investment and business.
The event left all the participants in deep reflection about their businesses and Mrs Abimbola Balogun, Co-founder Sofresh Nigeria’s leading healthy food chain with over 5 million meals sold expressed her excitement from the sessions. ‘Vusi shared deep insights that have expanded my thought process and I cannot wait to get back to the business and begin application, we are presently in the expansion phase and I needed this session’ she said.
The event took place at Jubilee Chalet resort Epe from December 2nd to 4th 2022.
