Unicaf, LASAA Partners, Signs MOA on International Education

Leading online higher education provider, Unicaf has signed a Momerandum of Agreement with the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA) to make internationally recognised education accessible to LASAA employees, partners and associates.
