Nigerian Entrepreneur Jeffrey Benson Calls for Tinubu to Empower Youths
Nigerian entrepreneur, Jeffrey Benson, has called on the newly elected Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to prioritize empowering young people in the country. Benson, who is the founder and CEO of a successful forex trading platform, FIREPIPS Forex Academy, believes that empowering young people is critical to Nigeria’s future economic growth and stability.
In a recent statement, Benson said, “I have seen firsthand the tremendous potential that young people in Nigeria have, but they are often held back by a lack of resources and opportunities. I urge our new President Tinubu to prioritize policies and initiatives that will empower our youth and create an enabling environment for them to thrive.”
Benson’s call comes amidst the growing concern about the high unemployment rate among Nigerian youths. According to the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics, over 13 million Nigerian youths are unemployed, and the country’s youth unemployment rate stands at 42.5 percent, which is one of the highest in the world.
Benson Jeffrey believes that the situation can be turned around if the government invests in creating opportunities for young people to start or grow their businesses and acquire the skills they need to succeed. He recommends that the government prioritize entrepreneurship training and access to finance for young people, as well as policies that promote youth employment in key sectors such as technology and agriculture.
“I believe that entrepreneurship is one of the most effective ways to create jobs and drive economic growth, particularly in a country like Nigeria, where there is a lot of untapped potential. However, young people need the support of their government to succeed in business. I hope that our new President will heed this call and take action to empower young people to drive Nigeria’s economic growth and development,” Benson said.
Benson Jeffrey’s forex Trading, FIREPIPS forex academy, which he founded in 2021, has grown to become a leading platform for emerging emerging entrepreneurs to earn a living and has created jobs for over 500 young people across the country. His success story serves as an inspiration to many young people in Nigeria, and he hopes that his call to action will inspire others to speak up and demand greater opportunities for themselves and their peers.
