Wisdom Udemba: Okay, this is not to brag or anything, but I feel I have always been blessed in that aspect. The process of creating music has always been easy for me. I am inspired by everything I see or take in. Sometimes, it’s my own story that inspires my songs. Sometimes, it’s other people’s stories, my environment and other stuff. It just depends on the mood and vibe I am in at that moment. There are times that I create the beat before I know what song I would attach to, and sometimes the song has come first for me. I’d say that I have been indeed blessed in this process.

How do you think record label and artists management should be in Nigeria?
Wisdom Udemba: I think record labels should limit the boss-boy approach to it. It’s business at the end of the day and in business, respect should be mutual. Also, we artiste should endeavour to properly read and understand contracts before signing. I think these are the pivots of so many label-artiste problems.
