Lana: Africa Needs Unified Solution to Accelerate Workers’ Productivity, Unlock Growth Opportunities

In the light of recently celebrated Africa Day, the Chief Product Officer and Co-founder of SeamlessHR, Deji Lana, has said Africa as a continent must have a unified solution to accelerate workers’ productivity and unlock growth opportunities.

This was just as the innovative human resources solutions, recently announced that its  Pan- African vision was driving the firm’s expansion into Rwanda, Tanzania, Botswana, Ghana, Uganda and Kenya.

According to the firm, the decision to expand into these key African markets aligns with its long-standing commitment to cater to the unique needs of businesses across the continent. 

Speaking in Lagos, Lana said through the lens of the Africa Day, they were excited to highlight SeamlessHR’s pivotal role in driving digital transformation and innovation in African businesses.

According to him, “By expanding our presence to other African countries, we aim to bring the power of our HR solutions to even more organisations, empowering them to overcome workforce challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and ultimately contribute to Africa’s productivity.

“Our vision from day one was to create a Pan-African service that transcends borders, regulations, and tax laws. We recognised the need for a unified solution that accelerates workers’ productivity to enhance overall business performance. “This is why we built SeamlessHR as a SaaS  to be adaptable and relevant to businesses in various African countries.” 

The Nigerian-based startup’s is aiming at expanding its eponymous product suite, which is a robust, cloud-based, end-to-end HR software that helps businesses manage their entire human resource processes from hire to retirement.

He however, noted that the pan-African rollout enhances, “our ability to provide on-the-ground support and forge strong relationships with clients in these countries. SeamlessHR continues to expand its reach and impact, it remains steadfast in its dedication to empowering African businesses through digital transformation.”
