Recreation Firm Immortalises Hilda Baci

Lagos based outdoor recreation facility and venue for a recent longest cooking marathon race, Amore Garden has renamed its industrial kitchen after the new record holder for the longest cooking by an individual, Hilda Baci.

This is coming few days after Guinness World Records, GWR officially certified Baci’s 93 hours 11 minutes cooking feat.

Now branded Chef Hilda’s Kitchen, Chief Operating Officer of Amore Group, Oluwatobi Okubote stated that the gesture was in honour of the iconic chef whose feat had placed Nigeria on the global culinary map.

Okubote in a statement noted that Baci’s performance, zest and resilience aligns with the company’s spirit to create a platform of international standard infrastructure inspiring others to extraordinary exploits.

She declared, “Consequently, we are pleased to immotarlise your name on location Amore where you shook the world in May 2023 and thus, dedicate a section of the Garden to record your achievement’’.

Responding, Baci who is also the CEO of My Food by Hilda said, “This is indeed a surreal moment and I appreciate the management of Amore Gardens for the kind gesture. I thank everyone who trooped to the grounds to cheer me up during the cooking marathon. 

I take pride in this recognition and encourage every young woman with a strong vision to stay focused for great results’.

Hilda’s cookathon feat attracted over 5,000 visitors to Amore Gardens including politicians and top celebrities.
