“I have always had an unquenchable passion for investments that can guarantee me passive income. Real estate investment remains the vehicle to get me to this destination,” Tochukwu said in an interview. “Moreover, the urgent need to address Nigeria’s housing deficit motivated me to contribute significantly to reducing the gap.”

His current goal is to be among the top ten ‘#under 30’ real estate developers in Nigeria, and he aims to develop one of the largest, luxury, green, and fully solar-powered estates in the South-East region by the final quarter of 2025.
