Reftop Homes begins instant land allocation to customers

Reftop Homes, a Lagos-based real estate firm, has allocated 80 plots of lands of Garden Estate at Epe Lagos.

The handover ceremony which was held last week had property owners, realtors, estate developers and well wishers in attendance.

While speaking at the event, Dr. David Asogba, the Managing Director, Reftop Homes, said innovation and creativity is the hallmark of Reftop homes.

He said: “Innovation and creativity is the hallmark of Reftop Homes. The allocation promise is being kept, we promise our client and we deliver. I can see the joy and excitement on their faces, it’s a very good opportunity to serve them and to build our trust in them.”

“Despite the challenges, we were able to deliver to all our clients as promised. We promised that we would deliver land in a serene environment to them and we are doing that today. This is a testimony and this is the easiest and one of the best ways to own a land.

“We appreciate our clients who started this journey with us and believed in us even when this area was not developed.

Also speaking on the allocation, Mrs Funmilayo Asogba, Executive Director, said: “When you combine the total plots that were allocated, it is obvious that Reftop Homes is contributing massively to solving the housing deficit we have in Lagos, and Nigeria in general.

One of the landowners at the event, Mr and Mrs Babayemi Oyewale, expressed their satisfaction at the quality of the development.
