Wema Bank Commits N90m to Consumers Promo
Nigeria’s financial institution, Wema Bank Plc. has set aside a sum of N90m to reward customers’ loyalty through its 5 for 5 consumers promotion.
According to the bank, the gesture was in fulfilment of its promise to be a support system for its customers in their respective communities.
Speaking at the launch of the promo at Wema bank’s corporate headquarters in Lagos,recently, its Executive Director; Retail and Digital Banking, Tunde Mabawonku stated that the organisation desire to satisfy its customers across the board, hence the promotional activity.
“Our goal has always been to provide seamless banking and improve the lives of all our customers, which is why we’ve created options for our digitally inclined customers, and other customers who may not have access to the internet through our USSD banking solution.
“But beyond seamless banking, we feel the need to give back to our customers. As it has become very important to us that we become that support system for customers.”
Mabawonku explained further that the 5 for 5 Promo Season 3, which kicked off July 1 will run for one year, allowing two customers of the bank to win a star prize of N1 million each every month, in addition to several other cash prizes from N10,000 to N50,000 to be won by other customers.
To qualify for a win, Mabawonku advised bank customers to maintain a minimum of N5000 account balance monthly, in addition to executing at atleast five transactions monthly via their ALAT Debit card, ALAT app.
