NLC to FG: Reverse Anti-poor Policies or Face Strike Aug 2

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has given the Federal Government till Wednesday, August 2 to reverse all perceived anti-poor policies, including the recent hike in the pump price of petrol or face an indefinite nationwide strike.

The decision was reached at its meeting of the Central Working Committee (CWC) held in Abuja on Tuesday.

Details of the resolution and the strike notice are being expected later Wednesday (today).
