New National Minimum Wage in the Offing, Says Tinubu

The Federal Government is working in collaboration with labour unions to introduce a new national minimum wage for workers.

President Bola Tinubu, who made the assertion Monday during a national broadcast to Nigerians, added that a new salary review for workers is in the offing.

He said: “Once we agree on the new minimum wage and general upward review, we will make budget provision for it for immediate implementation.”
