Atlantic Hall Partners Kenata Academy for Diploma Programme
Atlantic Hall, Epe, Lagos, has partnered Kanata Academy International, to offer a globally recorgnised high school diploma, granted by the Ministry of Education, Ontario, Canada.
In a statement, the school said upon completing the programme, students would be able to apply directly (with scholarship opportunities) to reputable universities and colleges in Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
It said “students who are successful will earn an internationally recognised secondary school diploma. Students officially registered are issued a unique Ontario Education Number (OEN) making it easier for them to transition to Canada after their education in Atlantic Hall.”
It explained that OSSD students can more easily apply to Canadian universities and have greater access to scholarships; adding,
“officially registered students receive a fast-track residency in Ontario Province and are eligible for ‘resident rates’ after the first year;
competitive universities worldwide accept the OSSD.”
The statement added that the OSSD programme is suitable for students with special needs and competitive athletes, and caters to many different learning styles
“Qualified OSSD graduates have access to world class post-secondary institutions around the world. OSSD students have 24/7 access to Canadian tutors online. The programme offers 150 interactive courses including STEM, Computer Science, French, in addition to courses leading toward university programmes in Medicine Business, Engineering, Design, Health, Social Science, and Visual Arts.”
It added that the curriculum for the OSSD programme is one of the top five education systems in the world according to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA);
“The OSSD programme is inclusive and balanced and has proven to yield the same results of student admission to the top universities as other advanced programmes.”
