Filmmaker, Maurice Ejike honoured with UN Peace Ambassador Award

Filmmaker, Okoro Maurice Ejike have been honored as a UN Peace Ambassador by the Universal Peace Federation. The multi award winning actor and producer was rewarded for this prestigious, Peace Initiative before the general elections as he toured round states preaching against election violence before, during and post the election.

Expressing his appreciation on this remarkable feat he noted that, “I feel honored receiving same award given to Heads of States, top business executives and international peace advocates. It’s a testament to my continued service to humanity and an applause that my good works are appreciated.”

The Mbieri born filmmaker and father of 3 has pledged to continue in his little way for peace promotion in Nigeria and around the world. His role in the election peace campaign is one of many other impacts he has made in his own capacity. Relentless and for the service to him humanity he continues to seek more opportunities to be impactful and resourceful at every given opportunity.
