12th Peace Achievers Intern’l Summit to Hold Oct 21

The 12th Peace Achievers International Summit and Award will be held on 21st October this year at the Continental Hotel Abuja.

With the theme, “Sustainable Peace and Economic Growth in Africa,” nomination is open for applications.

The Project Director, Amb Kingsley Amafibe, highlighted the summit’s aim to bring people from various backgrounds to discuss and dissect issues bothering the peaceful coexistence of Nigeria, Africa, and the world.

“Nigeria is a great country. We love to see it prosper and stand tall on the global stage.

“To achieve this, she has to champion peace and prosperity in Africa. This is one of the reasons we’re setting the agenda for the world,” he added.

The event is in collaboration with American Management University, USA, to confer Honorary Doctorate Degree and Fellowship Award from Crown Point International College of Health Science.

Amafibe is the Peace Ambassador Agency worldwide. Although he hails from Delta State, he grew up in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.

He is a peace advocate with 15 years of experience and a seasoned entrepreneur, media personality, management coach, peace and conflict director, event manager, and business developer.

He is a graduate of finance and banking with remarkable skills in financial management, investment banking, Advanced Economic Theories, data modeling, people management, Professional Courses Master Degree in Business Administration from American Management University, USA.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership. He has a Certificate on Advance Leadership Masterclass at Gotni Leadership Centre, and a Special Recognition Award from the University of Abuja.

He founded Peace Ambassador Agency Worldwide, Good Dreams Vocational Centre, Kadd Properties, Big Dreams Talent Show, Peace Achievers International Awards, and Northern Nigeria Peace Award.

Others are Peace Charity Football Match, Abuja All White Pool Party, Alpha Plus International Mag Magazine, Amb Kingsley Amafibe Peace Foundation, and 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa.

Amafibe has many international and local awards under his belt. They are Ambassador for Peace from Universal Peace Foundation, Honor from the Nigerian Army, Youth Ambassador Award, and 100 Most Influential Personalities in Delta State.

Goodwill Ambassador Award, the University of Abuja Award for excellence, the Northern Nigeria Youth Award for Excellence in Peace building, and the International Peace Commission Award for Excellence in Peace and Community Development, among others.

Amafibe started the Peace Achievers International Awards in 2011. It is a platform that rewards individuals and organisations through peace and community development. This event gave birth to the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa.
