Midramo Celebrates Kosoko’s Appointment As Substantive GM LTV

Following the approval of Adesola Kosoko as the substantive General Manager of Lagos Television (LTV) by the state Governor, Sanwo-Olu, Midramo Consulting Ltd has rolled out the drum to celebrate her new feat.

Her appointment was in a letter signed by the Head of Service, Mr Hakeem Muri-Okunola, dated Tuesday, 8th August 2023.

Reacting to the news, the Executive Director (Services) at Midramo, Mrs Salamatu Odewunmi, congratulated Kosoko for the firm.

She added: “The management of Midramo Consulting Limited congratulates Olori Sola Kosoko on the well-deserved appointment as Substantive GM of Lagos Television.”

The firm is jubilating with Kosoko, whose new post takes effect immediately, replacing Mrs Siju Alabi.

The letter of her appointment read in part, “I am pleased to convey the approval of Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State, of your appointment as General Manager, Lagos State Television, with effect from 8 August 2023.

“In appointing you, the state government expects you to demonstrate a high level of dedication, diligence and selflessness in discharging your duties to justify the confidence and trust reposed in you by Mr Governor. Accept my hearty congratulations”.

Before her new position, Kosoko was the Director, Content Control and Operations of LTV.

She started her broadcasting career in 1998, with Radio Lagos /Eko FM, as an On-Air/Presenter (OAP).

The multiple-award winner was selected after an audition to become the new face of LTV. She anchored the station’s flagship programme, ‘AM Saturday Live’.

She is a professional voice-over artiste with over 70 brands in her portfolio and a master of ceremony of repute.

She had worked with brands and names, both locally and internationally, as a team or as the main anchor.

She holds a Master’s Degree (Public and International Affairs), Bachelor of Arts English (Linguistics), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife-1998.
