Eystone Development Expands, Pledges to Bridge Housing Deficit
Indigenous real estate firm, Eystone Development has expanded its footprint in Lagos with the launch of Bulverton estate.
The firm explained that its latest move was necessitated by a need to address housing deficit as well as urbanisation issue plaguing some parts of Lagos.
Speaking at the launch, CEO and co-founder of Eystone Development, Hassan Ismail explained that the new estate sited at Ketu and Epe will bring massive development to the environs which have for long been reduced to remoteness, with few commercial engagements.
He assured that the new estate, along with those previously launched- Capstone and Gemstone sited at Odorangushi, Epe and Ibeju-Lekki would fast -track urbanisation, while projecting Ibeju-Lekki as the future central hub for business, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
“Proposed and ongoing projects in this area include the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Dangote Refinery and Lekki Deep Sea Port, amongst others.

We want to be part of the development story of Epe by helping people find their feet here through the Bulverton project as we have done with our other projects in Ibeju-Lekki and Epe”.
He disclosed further that the new estate boasts easy access to major road networks and close proximity to renowned landmarks like Epe Marina project, proposed Lekki Airport, and the Lekki Free Trade Zone, amongst other notable attractions.
Also speaking, firm’s Chief Operating OAbiodun Sadiq Kosoko explained that the organisation has made the acquisition process affordable,with flexible payment structure to enable more people access property ownership and residency.
