UVEST Hosts Nigeria First Real Estate Sales Pitch-a-ton, Raising Giants in Sales

Making history with Nigeria’s first ever Real Estate Sales pitch-a-ton, UVEST Realty Limited, a leading real estate company in Nigeria is undoubtedly marking a significant milestone in her journey towards building outstanding young people in real estate sales.

According to a statement, it was reported that this event, from the 28th of June to 8th of July at Ebony life place, brought together over 150 attendees, including very notable men and women making billions in Real Estate sales.

A recent report, said the UVEST Pitch-a-ton helped more than 150 young people get adequate knowledge and expertise on sales.

The report said the event helped external professional Realtors also gain a better exposure and skill set for their clients and sales in general.

The report by the company, revealed that a highlight of the pitch-a-ton was the recognition of all five judges who have been long standing giants in real estate, instrumental in the general success of the Real Estate industry, who now stand as models to many others. Their dedication and hard work over the years were celebrated with heartfelt tributes.

According to recent reports, the pitch-a-ton had three stages; The first stage, Knockout stage and Final stage. These intense stages had participants contest by pitching, while the judging metrics were used to measure each individual’s performance.

“The first two stages were held virtually, and the intensity of it was obvious. Every session was carefully mapped out by UVEST. I thought I was applying for a commonwealth scholarship”, one of the participants, Seide Agosu mentioned.

Wisdom Ebuka, one of participants according to a report stated that the pitch-a-ton served as an enhancement of his pitching skills, and he would definitely go for a higher target in sales for the next half of the year, as this has served as a push.

Furthermore, participants shared their enthusiasm to make millennials landlords, whilst emphasizing real estate sales and its potential to revolutionize the real estate Industry.

According to a report, this was stretched by Dr. Philip Babalola, CEO of UVEST Realty Limited where he encouraged them to stay steadfast and unwavering in their goals and aspirations for the year 2023.

The winner of the sales pitch-a-ton, Daniel Nwachiemere could not contain his excitement as he was celebrated in grand style, as he also got an all expense paid trip to casa del papa, amongst many others.
