GuDee Unveils Business Model of Direct Supply of Quality Foodstuffs to Retailers, Wholesale Others
A food importation, packaging and distribution company, GuDee, has announced a ‘trusted business model’ of directly supplying quality foodstuffs to customer retailers and wholesale suppliers as well as other business outfits like restaurants and hotels.
This company prides itself as a retailer and supplier of some of the finest quality foodstuffs used for cooking classic West African dishes.
GuDee stated that it partners directly with farmers and first time handlers of these products “for the sake of sustainability and maintenance ace of high quality ethical standard through the entire chain.
“This tested and trusted business model is currently being successfully replicated by a food importation, packaging and distribution company known as GuDee.
“Customers always want to feel good about the companies they have a business relationship with. But corporate philanthropy has also been in a steady decline, for obvious reasons.”
A statement issued by GuDee noted that the company was founded on the philosophical grounds of preserving the rich culinary heritage and deep flavours of African cuisine. It added that it has a selected team that carefully selects the finest seeds and oils from West Africa with the intent to making the healthiest and tastiest dishes imaginable, thereby also supporting these local communities through a fair and just trade practice.
With its corporate headquarters in Birmingham, United Kingdom, GuDee stated that pays strict attention to packaging and natural preservation methods, adding that: “This ensures the highest level of freshness and quality in line with global best practices.
It said: “GuDee is not just a regular traditional food import company. The management is passionate about helping people explore and savour the authentic culinary flavours from West Africa. This is done by highlighting, creating and sharing the authentic West African and West African-inspired recipes ideas to a global market. We also believe in the therapeutic components of West African flavours. The company also places a premium on dietary preferences, which includes an adequate consideration and provisions for both meat eaters and vegetarians.
“We are also guided by a business model which believes that good food has the capacity to bring people together on a cultural dining table. The company is highly dedicated to creating and preserving meals which capture the essence of West African gastronomy.
GuDee further said it’s focused on showcasing and sharing the rich history, aroma, memorable flavours and healthy recipes of West Africa to a global market, adding that it does it by directly sourcing all products from local farmers and producers, and “this direct collaboration is surely the best way to ensure their growth and that of the local communities.
“There is no greater feeling or satisfaction greater than knowing you are part of the process leading to decisions which have direct impact on you. Giving back to the community is also good for business.
“This philanthropic model helps build relationships with the local producers, members of their community as well as potential and existing clients. It has the capacity to build and support the GuDee brand. It also encourages folks to do more in terms of quality product and service delivery because of a shared value system.”
