Iniorlindi Excited about New Single, Vybez
…New EP to mesmerise music enthusiasts
Fast-rising singer Lindiwe Edet, with stage name Iniorlindi, is all over the moon about her new single, Vybez.
According to the star artiste, who recently dropped her EP, Poison Ivy, “I started singing when I was six years old. I recorded my first song when I was 13 and shot the music video at 14.
For her unwavering love for music, Iniorlindi narrated, “What made me love music was the cartoons I watched. The music made the comics better, full of life and emotion.
“I plan to study music and drama in the performing arts at the university.”
While a joyous day inspired the track Vybez, she is excited about the impact she hopes to have.
She expressed: “I think my song could impact different people from different backgrounds.
“The EP talks about varying exciting things. For example, Vybez is an upbeat song while Baby Bird encourages harmony in memory of the sick nestling (baby bird) I cared for but later died.”
The promising singer is also thrilled about Poison Ivy and Boogie. While Poison Ivy is about gaslighting and emotional blackmailing, Boogie is music for everybody from all backgrounds and ages.
Iniorlindi, who delved into music as a teen, praises her parents for the leg up. “My parents are supporting me fully. And they are in the entertainment industry,” Iniorlindi said gleefully.
From age six, she reminisced about how her parents saw her untapped potential and refused to be swayed by the many challenges rocking the music industry.
