Siochanta, partners Vitafoam, rewards Pioneer Staff
Siochanta Nigeria Limited, a pioneer Vitafoam Comfort Centre Operator, may enter into partnership with Vitafoam Nigeria Plc to manage strategic Comfort Centers of Vitafoam’s products.
Besides, Siochanta, which is targeting a turnover of N1 billion has just celebrated its 10th Anniversary and rewarded the pioneer staff for exceptional contributions to the growth and development of the company.
Speaking at the Anniversary Ceremony in Lagos, the Chairman, Mr Peter Folikwe explained that Siochanta had strong capacity to promote Vitafoam’s Comfort Centers, which are full of innovative products.
Folikwe appreciated the support of Vitafoam on the idea of the Comfort Center and stated that it was a legacy that had passed through many trying periods to become a success story within ten years .
“Our existence for ten years has become a legacy for Comfort Cemters. We operate responsibly and our books are in order. We are willing to partner with Vitafoam to manage its Comfort Cemters in strategic parts of Nigeria. We have the capacity to promote the brand. We have grown our turnover significantly from N85.5 million in 2018 to N349.9 million as at August this year and we are most likely to close out the year with no less than N370 million. Our target is to hit a turnover of N1billion in the next couple of years. Our Staff operate as a Team and this has continued to give us competitive edge. Today, we are celebrating our pioneer staff, “said Folikwe.
The immediate past Chairman, Vitafoam Nigeria, Dr Dele Makanjuola, commended Siochanta for the giant stride, saying the idea of Vitafoam’s Comfort Centers was that of Folikwe.
“Folikwe initiated and defended the idea of Comfort Centers at the Board when he was a Senior Executive Staff at Vitafoam. I know that Vitafoam will not hesitate to work with Siochanta on expanding the scope of the Centers nationwide. Folikwe has demonstrated that a staff can still add value after leaving an organization, ”Makanjukola said.
