A socio-cultural group, Enuani Development Association, USA, has commended the Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for appointing Chief Nath Azuka lgbadi as one of his Special Advisers, just as he was lauded for endorsing the construction of Phase 1 of the Nsukwa-Umutu- Adonte road.
Enuani Development Association, USA made the commendation in a statement signed by its President, Mr Jackson Chiadikobor and Provost, Mr Tony Ezedi, respectively.
The group said Governor Oborevwori, since assuming office on May 29, 2023, has been outstanding in choosing well-tested and core professionals as aides, to help drive his people oriented M.O.R.E agenda.
The statement added, “We members of Enuani Development Association in the United States(US) are delighted and highly appreciative to Governor Oborevwori on the appointment of one of the illustrious sons of Enuani clan, Chief Nath Azuka Igbadi,as a Special Adviser.
“We have no doubts in our minds, that given Chief lgbadi’s pedigree as an accomplished community leader, philantropist, politician, lawyer, trade unionist and administrator, he will bring to bear his robust wealth of experience in helping to actualise Governor Oborevwori -led administration M.O.R E agenda,” the statement added.
They, however, called on Igbadi to live up to his pedigree as a worthy ambassador of Nsukwa Clan, in his service to Delta State, adding” you must uphold your time-tested virtues of integrity, sincerity and tenacity of purpose which you exemplified not only as the President of Enuani Development Association of Nigeria,Secretary and President,Julius Berger Senior Staff Association, but in your daily life.”
The association also expressed gratitude and conference that Governor Oborevwori is determined to sustain former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’ legacy of giving the hitherto neglected Enuani communities a sense of belonging by connecting them with durable roads and other social amenities.
