CBN Postpones September MPC Meeting

The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Thursday announced the postponement of its 293rd meeting till further notice.

The meeting was initially scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, September 25 and 26, 2023.

However, in a statement issued by CBN Director, Corporate Communications Department, Dr. Isa AbdulMumin, the bank said a new date will be communicated in due course.

“We regret any inconvenience this change may cause our stakeholders and the general public,” the statement added.
