Sports Minister, Enoh, in Spain for World Football Summit
Nigeria’s Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh, is one of the sports personalities participating at The World Football Summit 2023 taking place in Fibes – Palacio De Congresos in Seville, Spain.
The Summit is the biggest global platform dedicated to the football industry.
It is also the gathering of the most influential professionals in the industry to discuss the most relevant topics, generate business opportunities and foster collaborations amongst nations.
According to an aide of the minister, Senator Enoh has already met with the Co-founder and Director of the World Football Summit, Jan Alessie and the Secretary General of FIFA, Fatma Samoura, to discuss possibilities of further assisting the country’s football development.
“The Honorable Minister’s participation at this summit will give him first hand knowledge of the business of football and also help him open Nigeria up for better footballing and sporting opportunities.
“As he hopes to reposition sports in the country in line with the mandate given to him by President Bola Tinubu, I believe this summit will enable the Honorable Minister to also interface with other sports personalities with the hope of fostering collaborations with other countries,” concludes the aide.
The World Football Summit is the platform that connects over 90,000 of the football industry’s decision-makers in an effort to generate new business opportunities and shape the future of the game.
Amongst some of the personalities to speak at this edition in Seville is Sevilla star player, Ivan Rakitic; CEO of Saudi Arabia Roshn League, Carlo Nohra; La Liga President, Javier Tebas, and the FIFA Scribe, Samoura amongst several Others.
