Tribunal Sacks Nasarawa Gov, Declares PDP’s Ombugadu Winner of Guber Election
The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Nasarawa State has nullified the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule and declared Peoples Democratic Party candidate, David Ombugadu, as the winner.
Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Ezekiel Ajayi, who delivered the judgment virtually, declared Ombugadu as the duly elected governor in the March 18 governorship election.
The judgement delivered Monday however had a judge who dissented.
