A tapestry of excellence adorned UVEST on the 28th of September, as the company celebrated the grand opening of her new office. This marked yet another significant milestone for the company, commemorating three years of relentless dedication and hard work.
In a statement by the company, it was noted that the soiree was organized to recognize the company’s many feats, celebrate other dignitaries in the industry, and further share plans of the company’s biggest and latest project – Millennial City phase II with all attendees, adding that this was also meticulously put together to pay tribute to industry luminaries, and unveil the company’s ambitious project – Millennial City Phase II.
The statement revealed that UVEST had contracted the redesign of its office space to SpaceIkon, a top space design firm based out of Lagos, while noting that they have redesigned and renovated the office space for the last five months, designing a modern workspace that would portray the brand in the architecture.
According to the statement, “The opening event, which was held at the company’s newly refurbished space, commenced with the gentle serenade of jazz music as guests walked in whilst grabbing glasses of cocktail from the trays paraded by the elegantly dressed servers, networking and getting into the event’s mood. There was a keen attention to detail in creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere for all guests, with a high-end decor and lighting to enhance the ambience, which very well suited the brand’s theme; “real estate for the young and bold.”
The statement hinted that the event continued with the acknowledgement of seated dignitaries, which followed an invitation of the CEO of UVEST to give an opening speech.
In his remarks, the Chief Executive Officer, UVEST, Dr. Philip Babalola, revealed how hard the team always works round the clock to deliver world class results, adding that when the results show for it, people need to be aware that a lot of work went underway to ensure success.
He further highlighted the reason for the event, and how pivotal it is to the overall goal of the brand. “Customer is king’ is a very important mantra at UVEST, and it shows in our dealings with all our clients. Those present here can very well testify,” he added as he wrapped up that session.
Babalola also spent some time explaining better the plans and vision for the company’s latest and biggest project yet – Millennial City phase II situated in the heart of Epe, Lagos state.
As he projected the architectural render of the project, he urged all interested in real estate investment to the opportunity to invest.
He added that full construction would begin right after the event, which automatically meant “a price increase was imminent.”
The statement averred that a toast was raised to UVEST and the future of real estate at large, as all attendees got into full networking with one another.
According to the statement: “A general office tour was done, as all attendees got to move around and admire the incredible renovation that had been done to the office space. People were heard commenting on how much excellent attention was paid to details.
“Present at the soiree were UVEST clients, prospects and dignitaries from far and near, including industry leaders, investors, and influential personalities. The Kabiyesi Joseph of Mopo Land also graced the occasion with his entourage, among many others like Ezekiel Solesi of LIMB Simple; Engineer Debo Adejana of Realty Point; Dr. Victor Adesewa of land republic; Dr. Wole Fapounda of Seven30; Precious Eniayekan, and others.”
