Mohbad: Police Arrest Naira Marley in Lagos

Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command yesterday  arrested Afrobeats star, Azeez Fashola, Naira Marley over the death of former signee Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mobhad.

The State Police Spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, shared the development via his X account last night.

He tweeted: “Azeez Fashola, aka Naira Marley, has been taken into custody for interrogation and other investigation activities.”

Naira Marley’s arrest comes less than an hour after he took to Instagram, officialnairam1, to announce his arrival in Lagos.

“I’d like to share that I’ve just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria, to assist the authorities with the ongoing investigation.

“It’s important I do my part for Imole. I’ll be meeting with the police with hopes for the truth to be uncovered and for justice to prevail,” he expressed.
