Tewe Speaks On Achieving Exponential Results At Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja Conferences

Global Leadership Expert, Trainer, and Executive Coach, Jimi Tewe, has said that achieving exponential results in any sphere of life is essential and requires critical factors that cannot be compromised.

The Executive Coach, who is committed to raising exceptional and Servant Leaders across industries made this assertion recently when he hosted his annual Exponential Conferences with the theme ‘Rise of Kings In The Market Place.’

A statement reads that the Conferences were held in Lagos, Ibadan, and Abuja respectively with the participation of political leaders, entrepreneurs, career experts, and innovators from all works of life.

Tewe, in his presentation, stated that individuals and professionals in corporations and institutions must become deliberate about engaging and contributing to policy-shaping conversations, noting that the culture and practices of systems are determined in such conversations.

“The world is experiencing changes that have far-reaching effects. Some of these changes are positive while others and not. Either way, the changes are driven by individuals in positions of influence.

To attain such positions, you must exert control over Pleasure, Self-esteem issues, Identity Crises, Greed, Valueless living, Boundaries, and Truth. You must also command some level of results that makes you a force of reckoning. As such, achieving exponential results in your industry should be a priority,” He added.

The Dallas-based Leadership and Executive Coach added that in addition to working towards achieving these results, we must also be deliberate about investing in people. This is because the people you invest in today will someday stand in the corridors of power.

“If you have deliberately influenced them positively, you can expect them to uphold the truth and ethical standards. But if you leave them to chances and negative influence today, they will simply become victims and tools for negative thoughts and ideologies,” He said.

Explaining the rationale for this initiative, Tewe said, “The ‘Rise of Kings in the Market Place’ is a divinely inspired movement to instill, not only professional growth but also a holistic approach to life that ensures attendees lead lives of impact, balance, exponential results and all-around success in their respective endeavours.”
