Lasaco Boosts Lagos Housing Provision with New Homes

To reduce the housing deficit in Lagos state, Lasaco Properties Ltd has provided new housing units, TIARA Court in Ogudu GRA Phase II, in the state.

According to the firm, this move is its effort to assist many Lagosians dreaming of becoming landlords in the country’s commercial centre.

Lasaco Properties Ltd, a subsidiary of Lasaco Assurance Plc, stated that TIARA Court in Ogudu GRA Phase II, and others being established aim to bridge the housing and infrastructural deficit in the country.

As noted in a press statement, the Managing Director/CEO of Lasaco Properties Limited, Olumide Jayeola, outlined their aim to assist the federal and state governments in addressing housing scarcity.

While noting the firm’s partnership with Smart Homes and Property, Jayeola promised to put up more properties in the categories for Nigerians to live where they have dreamt about.

Some of the features of Lasaco – TIARA Court, include a five-bedrooms fully detached on two suspended floors with each unit occupying an approximate land area of 250sqm with a minimum of three car parks.

According to the CEO, the Court is positioned along an easily accessible dual carriage road network that links occupants to the Ogudu residential area. It is connected to Oworoshoki Express Way, leading to the Third Mainland Bridge, with easy entry in and out of Ogudu, Lagos

Each apartment of the Court has a lounge and 24-hour security among other facilities to make occupants live comfortably.

Aside from that, Jayeola explained that the houses were at a strategic location where reputable schools, hospitals, malls, commercial banks, and other commercial outlets were within one-kilometre reach for the occupants.
