…Facilitates insightful discussions on transformative leadership

In a gesture consistent with his commitment to raising future leaders, the Chairman of Coronation Group, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, recently welcomed a delegation of MBA graduates from Oxford University for an enriching evening of insightful conversations and mentoring moments. The group led by Ms. Tochi Ginigeme, comprised graduates from Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America.

The evening provided a unique platform for participants to gain valuable perspectives on leading in life, career, and business, post-MBA. Mr. Aig-Imoukhuede emphasized the importance of applying deep academic knowledge to make a meaningful difference in the world, aligning perfectly with Coronation Group’s mission to provide transformational solutions for Africa’s challenges and position Nigeria as Africa’s premier financial market.

“We are grateful for the rare opportunity to draw from Mr. Aig-Imoukhuede’s wealth of wisdom, collected through years of shaping African financial markets, building world-class businesses and philanthropic organisations” shared Ms. Tochi Ginigeme.

Aig-Imoukhuede commended the participants for their outstanding achievements across diverse fields, while urging them to embrace innovative thinking and unwavering resilience in the face of challenges, drawing on leadership insights from his experiences captured in the bestseller, “Leaving the Tarmac.”

“The true worth of education and exposure lies in the positive impact we create in the lives of others.” remarked Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede. “It is inspiring to witness the next generation of leaders who are enthusiastic about making a positive impact. We are dedicated to bolstering such endeavours and nurturing an environment where knowledge is not merely acquired but also harnessed for the advancement of society,” the Chairman of Coronation Group added.

The event, highlighting Aig-Imoukhuede’s dedication to leadership development, aligns seamlessly with his broader initiatives.
