Social Enterprise, Hayes Relaunches with a Renewed Commitment to Empowerment

Hayes, a social enterprise, with a goal of building the largest community of empowered African youths in Career Readiness, Employability and Digital skills Africa is set to relaunch on October 28th

The development came on the heels of the company’s empowerment of over 100O youths in the last four years, and its intent to amplify youth development as a means to drive economic advancement in the continent.

Hayes according to the statement says it’s reborn and poised to harness the boundless digital opportunities awaiting the African youths.

The statement from the company further revealed that the virtual event will take place on Instagram and promises to be an enlightening experience, featuring insightful discussions, interactive sessions, and inspiring stories of empowerment.

It said:”As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we invite you to be a part of the Hayes Community, which will be launched alongside our rebrand. Extend this invitation to your friends, family, and colleagues because empowerment knows no boundaries.

The statement quoted that over the past four years, Hayes has conducted more than 60 training sessions, touching the lives of many and igniting the flames of empowerment.

“Now, we proudly unveil a reimagined Hayes, rebranded with an extended focus on building digital skills and empowering young African talents in the ever-evolving tech industry.’, it said.

Tracing the evolution of the company,the statement quoted that the genesis of Hayes lies in the challenges faced by its founder, Oyinkansola Oni, and several others who shared her struggles.

It said: “As a graduate from a Federal University in Nigeria, Oyinkansola faced the daunting task of entering the corporate world without essential skills like crafting a compelling resume, using LinkedIn effectively, and preparing for interviews. Simultaneously, for others, a wave of entrepreneurial endeavors was born out of unemployment, with many needing guidance to navigate the complexities of running a successful business”
