Hospitality Expert Calls On Entrepreneurs To Embrace Innovation

Hospitality expert and Executive Director, Bolton White Group, Kingsley Obiukwu, has called on entrepreneurs to embrace innovation to stay competitive.

Obiukwu shared these insights while speaking at the Masterclass Edition of The Albert Conversations 2023, held recently in Abuja.

He said, “Regardless of the size of a business, a robust innovative strategy is key in enhancing its competitiveness, growth and sustainability.”

“With innovation, businesses are well equipped to navigate economic downturns and changing consumer behaviour. Innovation allows businesses to find ways to improve existing processes, streamline operations, and implement new forms of technology,” he added.

Speaking on business growth, he advised entrepreneurs to focus on building a strong team and systems to grow their businesses.

“Having the right people at important positions in a business is priceless because it ensures that the vision and mission are achieved and the business is scalable.

“A strong team that embraces innovation gives a business novelty, creativity, and uniqueness. It helps the business stand out from competitors thereby contributing to increased revenue and market share,” he expressed.
