The Governing Body of the 15th Eloy Awards include Dr. Tewa Onasanya, Founder of ELOY Awards Foundation, Mrs Angela Emuwa, Chairman of Punch Nigeria Limited, Dr Yetty Ogunnubi, Founder of YD Limited and ELOY Foundation Trustee and Tayo Afolabi, Founder WorldPr Media Limited and Latasha Ngwube, Lifestyle Journalist, Founder About That Curvy Life, have deliberated and the nominees for the 15th ELOY Awards powered by Tingo have been released.
These women have been nominated for their achievements, and resilience during the ELOY year September 2022 to October 2023.
The ELOY Awards has been consistently celebrating women of excellence in different sectors since 2009 and this year is exceptionally different as ELOY is celebrating 15 years of consistency.
The theme this year is “Resilience” and it is to celebrate women who have withstood adversity and bounced back from difficult life events, year after year.
“This year, we want the world to Know Her Name. The ELOYs is continuing to encourage women to support one another and men to advocate for women’s empowerment, said the Founder, ELOY Awards Foundation, Dr. Tewa Onasanya.
“This year, we are highlighting the fact that resilience is required to be successful in one endeavour. The ELOY Awards Foundation aims to always highlight different sectors where women are excelling and every year, we shine the light on new categories. This year, the new categories include the female DJ, Catering Services, and Financial Coach category. Another big goal for us is to continue to sustain women’s empowerment by providing them access to information and actionable tips to help them in their personal and business/career development”, she noted.
“We look forward to celebrating all the nominees and winners at the 15th prestigious ELOY Awards and learning from our expert speakers at the ELOY Conference happening the same day. There will be an array of exhibitors to showcase their products and services. We are talking about sustaining women’s empowerment through technology and innovation”, she added.
