Excite Panacea Celebrates 10th Anniversary
The 10th-anniversary celebration of Excite Panacea marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of Nigeria’s supply chain industry, as the company unveiled a set of innovative technology-driven distribution solutions. The milestone event, held at the Radisson Blue Hotel in GRA Ikeja Nigeria, brought together a distinguished assembly of industry leaders, esteemed clients, valued partners, and dedicated employees.
This occasion served as a beacon, illuminating Excite Panacea’s impressive decade-long journey, emphasizing its remarkable achievements, transformative milestones, and unwavering dedication to delivering cutting-edge solutions to organizations across Nigeria and throughout Africa. Attendees also had the privilege of participating in insightful discussions, networking with peers, and gaining valuable insights from industry experts.
The occasion fostered insightful conversations, peer networking, and the acquisition of valuable insights from industry experts, highlighting the pivotal role of technology and data in today’s supply chain landscape and how Excite Panacea Limited 10th Anniversary deepened the CPG Supply Chain Industry within the Sub-Saharan African region with a Symposium titled, “Rethinking your Route to Market Strategy”.
According to Mr. Godson Nkeokelonye, the Managing Director of Excite Panacea, ascertain the company as a prominent information technology-consulting firm that has been instrumental in creating bespoke solutions across various industry verticals and emerging markets and today, we are celebrating a decade of innovation, growth, and partnership. Indeed a significant milestone, he said.
One of the event’s defining moments was the keynote speech on “#Rethinking Your Route to Market “ by Mr. Ademola Adeoye, the Sales Director of Flour Mills of Nigeria, a distinguished industry luminary who shared his rich experience, insight, and domain expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) supply chain ecosystem within Nigeria and other regional markets.
The Lagos State’s Honorable Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Hon. Akinyemi Bankole Ajigbotafe representing the executive Governor of Lagos State His Excellency Governor Babajide Sanwo – Olu, also graced the event. During his speech, he stated that the Lagos state government under leadership of His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu the Executive Governor of Lagos State has prioritized collaborations with the entrepreneur community and the organised private sectors in unlocking new growth through a mutually beneficial ecosystem. In my capacity as the Commissioner for wealth creation and Empowerment for Lagos State, I recognize the invaluable contribution that the startup community makes in our society, and we are fully committed to supporting this sector in any way possible.
The event also featured expert-led panel discussions, boasting of the industry’s brightest minds, including leading light such as Mrs. Barong Asiodu, Head of Transformation at Pernod Ricard; Mr. Kehinde Salami, Group CEO of Ideas House Holding; Mr. Kayode Oladapo, Managing Director, GODREJ West Africa chaired by Mr. Ademola Adeoye, Sales Director at Flour Mills of Nigeria. This session was moderated by Mr. Akshat Kush, Head of Enterprise Growth at Bizom , one of the channel partners of Excite Panacea Limited.

Data-driven insights are now the linchpin of businesses’ strategies to stay ahead of the curve in the realm of Routes to Market (RTM) as Mr. Ademola Adeoye aptly put it, “RTM is no longer as clear-cut as it used to be. Businesses now rely on data to navigate this complex landscape and determine where to succeed and where improvements are needed.”

He also emphasized the growing trend of businesses connecting directly with end consumers using technology. RTM, he noted, is not a static, one-off activity; it is an evolving model that requires constant optimization to keep pace with evolving consumers and further encourages businesses to consider channel alignment and collaborations as key strategies in this evolving landscape.
Mrs. Barong Asiodu spoke eloquently about the roadmaps to digital transformation, emphasizing that technology, while a powerful tool, is not a standalone solution. It requires the human element to drive results effectively.
Mr. Demola shared his journey and the importance of perseverance, data analysis, and consistency in achieving success in the Nigerian market. His analogy of “cracking the rock” to attain results underlined the need for determination and understanding of market trends.
Mr. Kehinde Salami delivered valuable insights on entrepreneurship, urging individuals to follow their passions and derive joy from their pursuits. He stressed the importance of focusing on one’s passion rather than fixating on the pursuit of money.
